Joshua has had the privilege to serve as music director and conduct choirs and orchestras for the past 16 years in concert, educational, theatrical, and church music settings. From 2013 - 2020, He served as music director for Green Valley Crossing, The Bradley Playhouse, and The Complex Performing & Creative Arts Centre in Putnam, CT. Other theaters Joshua has directed with include The Stadium Theater (Woonsocket, RI), Chickasha Community Theatre (Chickasha, OK), and area high schools throughout Connecticut and Oklahoma.
A recent highlight was conducting Tchaikovsky's ballet score, The Nutcracker, for a contemporary ballet company.
His theatrical credits include music director for Disney's NEWSIES! The Musical, Disney's The Little Mermaid, SHREK the Musical, Once Upon A Mattress, Hello, Dolly! just to name a few. Joshua has also collaborated on original works for the stage, Stories of the Earth (The Complex).
